Printio connects people who need something printed with local print shops, and gets the files there safely and privately. By using Printio, you agree to the terms below.
What Printio is — and isn't
Printio is a file-transfer and order-coordination platform. We move your files to the shop you choose, tell the shop what to print, and delete the files on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Printio is not the print shop. We don't set a shop's prices, hours, or quality of work, and we're not a party to the cash payment you make at the counter — that transaction is between you and the shop directly.
Accounts
You don't need an account to place an order. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Acceptable use
Don't upload files you don't have the right to print, or anything illegal. We scan every upload for malware; a shop may also decline to print an order at their own discretion.
Payment
All payment happens directly with the shop, in cash, at the counter, entirely outside Printio. We don't process, store, or see any payment information.
Your files
Your files are encrypted, used only to fulfil the order you placed, and deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete them yourself at any time before they're printed.
If you run a print shop
Registering a shop on Printio means you agree to the additional obligations below, on top of everything else in these terms.
The files customers send you may include private documents — ID scans, contracts, coursework, medical or legal papers. Use them only to fulfil the specific order they belong to. Don't copy, forward, retain, or repurpose a customer's files for any other reason.
Don't keep your own copies of customer files outside Printio once an order is complete. Printio already handles deletion on your behalf — there's no need to keep a second copy.
For the files and personal details a customer sends you, you're independently responsible for handling that data lawfully, including under Turkey's KVKK if you operate there. Printio's encryption and deletion protect a file in transit and at rest on our servers; once you view or print a document, safeguarding the physical or on-screen copy is your responsibility.
You're responsible for the print quality and service you provide, and for your own pricing, hours, and availability as shown on your shop page.
Liability
Printio is provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We're not liable for a print shop's quality of work, business practices, or handling of your files after they've viewed or printed them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
